On this episode of DiWREKtor's Cut we wanted to take a day to honor one of America's most innovative filmmakers, David Lynch, who sadly passed away this month. Often regarded as a visionary for his surrealist and experimental movie style, Lynch has a brilliant catalog with incredible hits like Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks, and this week's DiWREKtor's Cut movie: Mulholland Drive ! Mulholland Dr. is a 2001 surrealist mystery/thriller starring Naomi Watts and Laura Harring, following an aspiring actress in Los Angeles, where she meets and befriends a woman suffering from amnesia after a car accident. The DiWREKtor's Cut crew is back this week with another soundtrack (featuring some vintage classics) and score (composed wonderfully by Angelo Badalamenti). P.S. This episode featured a very special cameo by WREK's very own Henry! (host of EREBUS!)
